Question:
I have been taking 320 mg of saw palmetto daily for years,,, My PSA is .09 and I do have E.D. I had mild ED before I started taking Saw Palmetto, and I have it to the same extent now. Viagra takes care of the problem for me, and I continue to take the herbal supplement for my prostate. H_K

Hi Jim, over five years. PSA dropped from about 2.5 to below 1.0. E.D. well established last year. The good news was a complete recovery from bph. The intern working for my Uro said there is a fair amount of similar anecdotal info confirming this experience. One could argue that my results would be typical of many men between age 62 and 68. I think I started SP and Propecia at the same time. Both/one caused my ED. Propecia for sure does, but maybe SP does too
